Old Westbury Gardens

Old Westbury Gardens features a lavish English-style house, as well as 200-acres of formal gardens. The palette of what is in bloom changes with the seasons and every week at the Gardens. Visitors of all ages for guided tours of the House and Gardens. The mansion and gardens have been featured during the filming of Hitch, American Gangster and TV shows, Royal Pains and Gossip Girl.

Montauk Lighthouse

Famed the oldest lighthouse in New York State and the fourth oldest lighthouse in the United States, the Montauk Point Lighthouse was authorized under President George Washington in 1792. Climb the top for 360° views extending out from Block Island and the Atlantic Ocean. The light flashes every 5 seconds and can be seen from a distance of 19 nautical miles.

Parrish Art Museum

Parrish Art Museum in East Hampton is one of America’s most creative centers. Adults can peruse the collection of works from famed master and contemporary artists while children take part in interactive art classes, build creations, and enjoy film nights. There are 3,000 works with 100 on view at once in the Permanent Collection exhibitions and more in special exhibitions. Masters on display include Dan Flavin, Roy Lichtenstein, Jackson Pollock, Lee Krasner, and Willem de Kooning

OHEKA CASTLE

Stay, dine and tour OHEKA CASTLE. Resting majestically on the highest point of Long Island, OHEKA emanates the elegant refinement of a chateau in France. During the 1920’s this summer home regularly hosted lavish parties and entertained royalty, heads of state, and Hollywood stars. Today, OHEKA Castle can be seen as the backdrop of many famous weddings, movie and music films, and TV shows including Royal Pains and Taylor Swift’s Blank Space music video.

Bethpage Ballpark

A 6,002-seat state-of-the-art minor league ballpark, is home to the Long Island Ducks of the Atlantic League of Professional Baseball Clubs. The stadium features 20 luxury suites, spacious seating, a 126-seat bar/restaurant and an indoor batting tunnel.

Harbes Family Farm

There’s a vineyard for adults, corn mazes for kids and pumpkins, apples, and apple cider doughnuts for all. Eat local with freshly baked pies, seasonal produce and honey. Apple picking and the Barnyard Adventure are group favorites.

Jones Beach State Park

Jones Beach offers 6.5 miles of white sand beach. Swim in the ocean, lay out on the sand, stroll or bike the boardwalk, visit the historic exhibit, get a bite at the newly opened restaurant The Landing, play miniature golf, shuffleboard and basketball, and attend concerts at Northwell Health Theater. Also, take part in fishing, bird watching and stop by the Nature Center.

 

Food Done It

Take part in Food Done It – Edible Mystery Tours. This adventure adds a twist to the typical food tour, bar crawl and scavenger hunt by combining them for the ultimate experience. A crime has been committed and the only way to solve the mystery is to eat your way through it at 6 different locations. Travel through Long Island’s downtown scenes by following interactive clues to eat, drink and solve the crime.

Baiting Hollow Farm Vineyard

Baiting Hollow Farm Vineyard serves up an array of wine. Schedule a vineyard and horse rescue tour or simply sip in the tasting house. The beautifully restored and historic tasting house dates back to 1861 and the charming gazebo faces west to capture beautiful sunsets.
